ProPoint Graphics, LLC (“PPG”) Drawing Official Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

HOW TO ENTER: All registrant information must be of a US resident who is 18 years of age or older or entry will be disqualified. You are entered into the Drawing by filling out the Drawing form on the www.propointgraphics.com web site. To enter, fill out your name, company, e-mail address, phone number and then click on the link at the bottom of the form. Limit one entry per person. Drawing ends on the date specified on the Drawing form.

PRIZE: One Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received.

RANDOM DRAWING: Drawing to be held within one week of date on Drawing form. A random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries. Odds of winning the prize are dependent on the number of eligible entries received from all entry methods combined.

ELIGIBILITY: Drawing open to all U.S. residents age 18 or older on or before the entry deadline. Employees of PPG, their respective affiliates or partner companies, advertising and promotion agencies, printing and mailing companies, judging organization and immediate family and household members of each are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws apply.

GENERAL: By entering this drawing, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Drawing Rules and the decisions of the judges. Winner will be notified by email. If the winner is unable to be contacted (or does not respond) via email or telephone within 7 days of initial notification, the prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner. All taxes on the prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitutions or cash redemption of prize is offered except as provided herein. Prize is non-transferable. In case of unavailability of any prize, PPG reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. By accepting the prize, winner consents to the use of his or her name, photo and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited. Participants waive the right to assert as a condition of winning any and all costs of redemption and any liability, which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize. By accepting the prize, winner releases PPG, from any and all liabilities with respect to the prize, and acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, including but not limited to, its quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Winner agrees to defend, indemnify and hold PPG and its owners, employees, and agents harmless as against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, claims, suits, judgments, settlements, awards, costs, charges and expenses, including but not limited to any fees, costs, charges and expenses incurred by PPG for investigation, defense and resolution, for, based upon, or arising out of: (i) a breach by the winner of any term of the Official Rules; (ii) the provision of any services by PPG, including but not limited to the use or reproduction of materials furnished or used for the winner, under or pursuant to these Official Rules. PPG shall have the right to use any deliverables it prepares for the winner for its own promotional purposes. PPG reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, or suspend this drawing should any computer virus or other technical difficulty beyond the control of PPG corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the drawing and randomly award the prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to action taken by PPG. PPG is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the drawing or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this drawing. PPG is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the “authorized account holder,” person in whose name the email account is registered, provided that person meets all eligibility criteria set forth in the Eligibility section of the Official Rules. PPG reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Any disputes arising out of the Drawing shall be settled in a court of the county of New York in the State of New York and governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.  You waive any objection which you may have to venue of any suit, action or proceeding and any claim or defense of inconvenient forum.

Winner List: For the name of the winner, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to ProPoint Graphics, LLC, 589 8th Avenue, 7th Floor, New York, NY 10018. Request must be received within 30 days of Drawing.
