Problem: Our client needed visual materials for a conference he was attending. The existing presentation did not relate to the way the client wanted to present his company. As part of the overall package, the client wanted a dynamic video to be looped on a screen at his tradeshow booth to give people a quick idea of what they do, and his salespeople needed to be able to give one-on-one presentations on iPads to booth visitors.

Solution: We approached this project as we do most others. We listened. By doing so, we were able to take a presentation that the client felt was disconnected from his message and have it better match his brand’s voice. Not only did our designers recreate the presentation to better align with the client’s branding strategy, they also designed it to communicate more clearly through visual representations of the message. The presentation was done in Keynote then tested on Keynote for iPad to ensure that all graphics and text formatting were in place. With the client’s branding in mind, the video was designed to attract passersby and provide a quick overview of the client’s company, thereby helping to increase the client’s lead generation at the event. Once passersby were drawn in to the booth, the salespeople equipped with their iPad-ready presentation were able to educate the booth visitors and drive sales.
