How does your pricing work?

Our prices are generally driven by the type of deliverable (PowerPoint presentation versus Flash presentation), the type of project (design versus production), the length of the deliverable (measured in slides or minutes), the services provided (PowerPoint production, presentation design, editorial, project management), and any third party costs (e.g. voiceovers, CD duplication).

What kind of discounts do you offer?

We offer discounts for non-profits, repeat clients, and large clients.

What are your payment terms?

For project-based work, we charge 50% upfront and the balance upon completion.

What forms of payment do you accept?

With rare exceptions, we require new clients to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Repeat clients meeting our credit requirements have the option of being billed.
