There are two main areas of preparation to focus on. The first involves the technical aspects of the multimedia presentation, making sure all the equipment is working properly. The second is simply practice.

The technical preparation for your Power Point presentation is straightforward, but very important. You need to test all the equipment you will be using to make sure it is working properly. You don't want your projector to malfunction while standing in front of an important audience.
