Your company’s collateral – especially PowerPoint and Flash presentations – is one of the most common manifestations of your brand and your brand is your business. Q: Can you annotate a slide during a live presentation?

A: Yes, you can annotate or mark a slide during a presentation by choosing the Pen Tool under the Show Controls menu. The curser changes to a pencil that you can use to mark any slide. These annotations are not saved; they only remain as long as the slide is current. To progress to the next slide, return the pen to a regular cursor by clicking Arrow under Show Controls.
