Presentation Design & Production Process

Having built countless corporate presentations, we’ve engineered our process to quickly and cost-effectively deliver custom, professional solutions that meet your style and requirements, and are completed on time and within budget. Our process can be described as incremental, iterative and collaborative: we break projects into little pieces and don’t proceed to the next piece until the previous is complete; for each component, we work up a draft, solicit feedback, and make changes in response to that feedback; and we ask clients to play an active role in the development of the deliverable, starting with a kick-off call with our team and continued throughout the project.

Here are the steps for a typical project:

  1. Project Scope

The first step is to request an estimate and have a short discussion with one of our account managers to define your project specifications. We will then provide an estimate for your review and approval.

  2. Content

Send us your content in any form it’s currently in (Word doc, Excel file, hand-drawn slides, loose images, rough slides, existing brochures, websites).

  3. Discovery

Once you have approved the estimate and sent your content, we will schedule a kick off call with you during which you will meet your assigned designer and discuss the parameters of your project.

  4. Iterative Design

The lead designer creates a draft, solicits your feedback, then makes changes in response to that feedback. Sometimes, we repeat that process as needed.

  5. Delivery

After the design is complete, the lead designer produces the file in all file types requested by you during the project scope phase.
